52 Fridays was born out of a year that almost broke me. In 2023, I battled depression that made every day feel heavy and meaningless. I’ve lived with anxiety for as long as I can remember — much of it tied to growing up with seizures and the constant fear of when the next one might come. Those experiences shaped how I see people, pain, and resilience.
Finishing my undergraduate in psychology, I became fascinated by what drives us. Why we do what we do, and how we find the strength to keep going even when life feels impossible. But theory only took me so far. It was lived experience that taught me what true change looks like.
This community exists because I know what it feels like to feel lost, hopeless, and disconnected from yourself. 52 Fridays is here to help you rebuild from that place. Through structure, reflection, and consistency. Change doesn’t happen from one week of effort; it comes from showing up for 52 Fridays. One year of intention can truly change your life.
