4-Year U. is a working community for ambitious people who want more from life but need clearer direction and structure to make it happen.
I created 4-Year U. after realizing that thinking one year at a time was limiting what I thought was possible. When I started thinking in four-year arcs, my goals got bigger — and I started accomplishing them faster.
The missing piece wasn't motivation. It was structure.
School gives you assignments, deadlines, and a place to put the answer. Adult life doesn't. You have to create both the goal and the system for reaching it.
4-Year U. helps you:
- understand where you are
- decide who you're becoming and what you're building
- turn direction into goals and experiments
- build the skills and systems to move forward
- review evidence and adjust instead of drift
High school and college may have taught you to complete someone else's system, but the 4-Year U. teaches you how to complete your own.
This is for people willing to do the work.
