This has been a journey — and I’m honestly really proud of this shift.

The deeper reason this matters?

So many of us move through life overthinking, second-guessing ourselves, people pleasing, abandoning ourselves for connection, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or not fully understanding what we’re feeling.

Sometimes we know something feels off…

But we can’t explain it.

Sometimes we feel emotionally heavy, disconnected, confused, drained, anxious, stuck in loops, or unsure whether we’re reacting from fear, intuition, exhaustion, attachment, or truth.

This space was created to help with that.
