🌿 Daily Energy — Six of Cups-May 21st
When old energy comes knocking — and it will — it arrives quietly. Gentle. Familiar. Nostalgic. And there's nothing wrong with that feeling. Some of what's behind you was real and meaningful. But here's the honest question this card is asking today: Does revisiting it help you expand — or does it cause you to contract? Not everything from your past deserves a place in your present. Some of it is just familiar. And familiar can feel safe even when it no longer serves who you're becoming. Today — notice what's knocking. Notice how your body responds when you consider letting it back in. Expansion or contraction? Your nervous system already knows the answer. Drop a 🌿 if this landed today.

Daily Energy Check ✨ May 20th
Okay, so let me tell you what the cards are bringing in today — and whew, this one is for us. We've got the Nine of Swords Reversed- a No Card, and the Four of Wands Upright. And the energy? It is a yes yes. Here's what Spirit is saying today — it is time to put aside that mental energy. You know the one. The energy that keeps you up at night. The energy that has you anxious, wondering, going in circles, stuck in the loop. That constant "what if, what if, what if." The Nine of Swords Reversed is telling us that grip is loosening. That spiral? It's slowing down. You are coming out of it. The No Card is a divine redirect. A boundary from the universe itself. Not punishment — protection. Whatever you've been holding onto, whatever question has been consuming you — Spirit is closing that door so a better one can open. And then we land on the Four of Wands Upright — celebration, stability, homecoming. This is your YES. After all that mental churning, there is solid ground waiting for you. So today's invitation is simple: stop trying to figure it all out. When you tap into Spirit, Source, Higher Self, God, Jesus, Buddha — whatever resonates with your belief system — that is you choosing trust over fear. That is you moving forward the way you were always meant to. Let yourself rest. It's being handled. 🙏
