What's up fellas. Been a minute since I posted so let me get back in here with something real. When I first started this whole thing I genuinely thought I had it figured out. I was working out. Eating what I thought was healthy. Staying busy. Doing all the things you're supposed to do. But the weight wasn't moving. The energy was still low. And I kept wondering what I was missing. Turns out I was missing a lot. My nutrition was all over the place. No real structure. No protein target. Just eating and hoping for the best. My routine looked consistent on the outside but there was no real system behind it. I was doing a lot of things. Just not the right things in the right order. Once I got clear on my calorie deficit, locked in my protein, and built a routine that actually fit my life, everything started to change. Not overnight. But steadily. That's really why I built this community. Because I spent way too long figuring it out on my own and I don't want that for you guys. How about you. When you first started was there something you thought was working that turned out to be holding you back? Drop it below. Let's talk about it.
