The link between my spiritual journey and my connection to the outdoors is undeniable. Meditation has brought me closer to the SOURCE that sustains us all. I will encourage members in their spiritual walk and their health/activity level. You can guide your life through inner reflection and a profound connection to the higher self. Keep pushing, every new day is an opportunity at a new you!

BEING PREPARED IN HARSH CONDITIONS
When we’re out in the wild the weather can change at a moments notice and being prepared is vital to comfort and sometimes in extreme cases, survival. Sharing small survival skills and tips is the beginning of this page, I will go deeper as this progresses and demonstrate how to build shelters that will keep you safe from the elements.

Conquering your Mountains
Saturday, I ventured out to the Berkshires with a new friend. We headed to the highest peak in Massachusetts, Mt. Greylock where we completed the Bellows Pipe/ Gould Trailhead Loop. We ended up hiking a total of 7.78 miles. This was BK’s first hiking adventure and he completed the loop just 6 days before hip surgery and with a titanium rod in his femur! Let this inspire you to take the leap, get back to nature, recharge the soul and change your life!
