What’s up - I’m Daniel!

Hi, my name is Daniel Linares — born and raised in New York City, now living in Sarasota, Florida with the home, wife, and family of my dreams. I run a seven-figure luxury event production company, and I feel incredibly blessed to do work I love every day.

What makes me awesome isn’t the accolades — it’s that I’ve been put on this earth to serve, give, and pour into people. I believe everyone has greatness inside of them, and my purpose is to help unlock it.

Over the years, I’ve built amazing wins in business — from scaling my company, to driving revenue with direct mail campaigns, handwriting robots, and high-converting B2B direct response offers. But my biggest lesson has been this: growth happens fastest when you collaborate with the right people.

Right now, my biggest goal is to master the art of finding, retaining, and compensating world-class talent — building an “Avengers-level” team of gold and silver medal players who can outperform me in their zones of genius. Books like Who Not How changed the way I think, but my next evolution is removing my mindset blocks around hiring only overseas or low-cost talent. I know that investing in elite people will create the freedom and scale I’m after.
