Hi from Dubai

I’ve got a PPC agency at $8,500/m, but it’s all from referrals. I tried cold emails, but it didn’t work out - even though I had 40 meetings, I got no sales. I’m also big into automations and have built a lot of cool ones that I use daily.

My goal is to build predictable sales and a business system where everything runs without my direct involvement (at the moment, everything runs on me).

I think what’s keeping me from my goal is a lack of clarity on how to get there. For example, I’ve got $20k in my business account but no idea where I’d feel confident investing in the agency to get closer to my goal.
