Finance Framework Completed

I got my finances in order for the first time after being in business almost 2 years and damn it feels good!! Next step: Install quickbooks and use Profit First Methodology. Super grateful for

Im also going to implement a payment request form so anytime anyone on my team needs to purchase something, they have to fill out a request to buy something, explain why they need it, let me know what other options they explored, and let me know the cost and payment schedule so tthat i can determine if it fits into our budget or not. i will share the form here once i complete it!
