Gym exercises
Hey guys,
I recently started to go to to gym in addition to the volleyball training. My main goal is to work on some back problems where I have a specific workout for, but in addition to that I would like to do some volleyball related workouts as well.
Do you have any exercises that you can recommend to me? I would like to improve my jump height as well as my spiking strength
