So, recently started playing as a Middle Blocker.
First of all congrats to all MBs out there because it's demolishing to play long points in that position.
Mainly I have 2 main questions that really would help me improve (or I think will help)
1) Since I've never played as a MB before I don't really know with which player should I change positions in rotation (I don't know if there is a standard switch or I should discuss it more with my teammates)
2) Any training/drills to be better technically speaking?
Could be blocking drills or just cardio training to help me not getting exhausted so fast in the middle of a point. Regarding jumping I have the program
