Level 2 Program
Level 2 is a slight step up, but is still suitable for beginners.
馃幆 We'll work through a couple of new movements, including the swing. Slightly more work, slightly less rest, still super simple.
You'll follow 3 short, guided workouts per week, each taking under 20 minutes in total. Each session is simple, repeatable, and led from start, to warm up, to finish. There's no planning required and no pressure- just press play and move.
