The goal is simple: Install one clear offer. Build one working system. Get paid within 7 days.
Most people don’t fail because they lack information.
They fail because they never compress action.
They build three offers.They tweak funnels for weeks.They “prepare” instead of launching.
This challenge removes that.
Day 1 – Dream Outcome & Game Plan
Goal: Get clear on your niche, problem, and the result you will sell.
- What’s the challenge, purpose and what you’ll achieve in 7 days
- Strategy breakdown: Traffic → Lead Magnet → Funnel → Booking → Call → Client
- Why people fail, no action, so structure, no accountability.
- Make a Start - Evaluation: Choose one niche, find their pain, define your Usp.
Deliverable: A written positioning statement and clear 7-day execution plan.

Day 2 – Build the Offer
Goal: Create a clear, valuable offer people would pay for.
- Build the offer
- Turn it into a Proposal Document
- Create Lead Magnet Document – Solve One Small Pain (value exchange to build trust first)
Deliverable: A structured offer document and lead magnet outline.

Day 3 Setup the systems
Goal: Install the core infrastructure for your Client Acquisition System.
- Setup free sub account or Ghl account.
- Connect domain
- Connect email
- Install Snapshot: Funnel, Calendars, Pipeline
Deliverable: A fully set up GHL/Sub-account with funnel, calendar, and pipeline installed.

Day 4 – Build the Funnel Customise the templates to your content.
Goal: Turn your strategy into a live, working funnel.
- Customise simple landing page
- Add trigger and Automation for lead magnet
- Customise Thank You page
- Customise Booking page
- Check Calendar, Pipeline
- Test, make LIVE.
Deliverable: A published funnel with landing page, opt-in, booking, and automation tested.

Day 5 – Authority and Pre-Frame
Goal: Build credibility trust before outreach begins.
- The 2 authority videos you need
- Create Scripts - + Templates
- Video 1: Authority / Mechanism Video - Your Vsl
- Video 2: Pre-Call Close / Expectation Video - 5 minute Close Demo
- Add to funnel in correct places
Deliverable: A recorded authority video embedded into your funnel and close system.

Day 6 – Outreach Machine
Goal: Generate conversations and book sales calls.
- Daily Outreach target: (Minimum 100 outreach messages.)
- Create Leads List - Google Sheets
- Generate Leads - how and where (data scraper Google Maps / Instagram #)
- Contact Leads - Scripts (Cold DM script / Cold email script)
Deliverable: A lead list built and outreach messages sent with calls booked.

Day 7 – Launch & Close
Goal: Convert conversations into revenue and momentum.
- Sales call structure
- On the call - Call script (Simple close framework CLOSER)
- Objection handling basics
- Follow-up message template
Deliverable: Your first paying client or an active pipeline with booked calls.
Momentum - Scale and Optimise
- Congratulations
- Accountability post inside skool: how many calls, messages, leads etc.
- What’s next, how to scale.
No polishing. No reworking logos. No disappearing for three days.
Just daily deliverables.
