This is a free community for busy entrepreneurs who want to build a strong body, discipline, and establish structure when it comes to training without sacrificing their business focus. Here we will together discuss (and hopefully overcome) the struggles of having a stressful, demanding professional life while still trying to get to the gym and stay healthy. Because here's the truth... Your body is your operating system, and if it's underperforming, your energy is low, your sleep is poor, and your workouts are inconsistent - your business, your leadership, and your career are going to suffer. If you have been invited to this group, you are probably considered to be a high achiever. And I know from running my own cleaning company that when work gets stressful, the gym and our health are often the first things to suffer. But I don't want it to be this way... I know that there is a way for these two worlds to coexist. To be a high achiever while still getting your workouts in and staying healthy, ready to attack life. That's why I created this community. The majority of fitness content is not adapted to our busy professional lives. They assume you have multiple hours per day to meal prep and get your workouts in, but that's simply not the case for us. I want this to be a space to share thoughts, insights, and problems that you have come across, and together we will discuss how to have full focus on your business while still staying healthy and building your dream physique.
