Now let me be honest with you. After speaking with so many of you, before we start aggressively searching for grants, we need to focus on something far more important—building your business systems and infrastructure so you become the kind of company that attracts grants effortlessly. This year, our priority is structure before submission. We are no longer putting time, energy, and hope into grant applications that are likely to be declined because the foundation isn’t solid yet. And yes—I’m practicing what I preach. I’ve restructured our company as well. I’m putting the systems in place so that we can win more grants, consistently and strategically.
