How Iā€™m Building A $50k MRR Skool (the entire open-source playbook)
thatā€™s the objective $50k MRR when I get there is anybodyā€™s guess Iā€™ve got my plan though ā€¦ ā€¦ and yes, itā€™s simple Iā€™m going to document the experience here with you so you can see: - whatā€™s working - why itā€™s working - whatā€™s not workingĀ  - why itā€™s not working - steal things with pride to apply yourself why? because I want us all to win sharing lessons has been a proven method for doing that throughout history itā€™s how we can ā€œcollapse timeā€ between where we are, and our goals call it ā€œopen source skoolā€ my strategy is really simple there are four parts 1. trafficĀ  2. nurture 3. conversion 4. delivery/retention ____________________ TRAFFIC my ONE CHANNEL is YouTube the quality of lead you get on this channel is unrivalled if someone regularly watches your ā€œlong formā€ content ā€¦ ā€¦ they like, know, and trust you Iā€™ll publish one long-form content piece a week it will be something highly tactical and applicable to fast-tracking growth to $20k+ MRR there wonā€™t be a call to action on these videos the description will test: - straight to skool page - a ā€œfree trainingā€ (with a C2A of DMing me) Iā€™ve posted two videos so far and have 52 subscribers - so itā€™s still early days Iā€™m committed to a video a week for a year Iā€™m not YT shorts on top of this I want YT to be a slow, organic burn less force, more flow my shorter play will come in the form of a simple IG strategy the page is going to act as a ā€œbusiness cardā€ there will be 9 high value posts ā€¦ ā€¦ no idea what yet, but theyā€™ll solely be used as positioning tools ā€” and a mix of carousels, static images, reels, and animations theyā€™re going to speak directly to my ICA of TOP 1% experts and authorities in their field I questioned using LinkedIn ā€¦ but after analysing my current group (all my ICA) only 1 was heavily involved with LinkedIn IG will be a 90 day test. if the data isnā€™t there, Iā€™ll pivot to LinkedIn Iā€™ll be layering IG ads on top of this organic play itā€™ll be a mix of reach, engagement, and DM objectives

How I 10x Traffic Volume & Quality to Skool Pages In One Step
90% of current skool community owners have a traffic problem the current winners don't that's how they can have $33k, $46k and $50k days and the #1 reason most have traffic problems is this šŸ‘‡ they're using the wrong tool spend 5 minutes researching this community and the most common questions will revolve around "what platform should I market on" the noobs flock to it ... "YT shorts bro, they're crushing" "IG is the shit man, get on IG" "run ads ... I'm seeing $0.76 leads right now" but the thing is that this advice is great inside of THEIR SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND CONTEXT but it may not (and likely does not) apply for you the platform you should use for traffic is the one your ideal clients are on most it's that simple all the platforms work they're all tremendous at driving traffic but if you choose the wrong one, you're fucked views don't matter likes don't matter shares don't matter CLICKS matter (and then WHO clicks matters next) the framework for choosing is simple: STEP 1: what kind of content does your ideal client consume most? if it's shorts, it could be either TikTok, IG or YouTube younger demo's typically consume shorter content, while the older demos consume longer ____________________ STEP 2: whose content does your ideal client consume? someone has already paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to get the attention of your ICA - leverage that show up where those people show up and leverage their authority Kirby did this incredibly well when he was building his audience around Stoicism he leveraged peoples association with Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and other known Stoic Philosophers and then he added his unique flavour to them he got the eyeballs ... he built trust ... he leveraged that audience and used them as traffic ____________________ STEP 3: show up, consistently now you know where to market and who to leverage - you can start playing the game create content that associates with other experts in the field "Hormozi tells you to 10x your inputs, here's how you can apply it to XYZ"
