INSTANTLY Swap AI Models In Your Automations
What if you could easily swap out your AI models in your automations? As GPT 4o came out I realized I had atleast 40 automations and 100s of nodes within those automations running on gpt 3 and 4 and also on Claude. It was going to be a pain to switch. So i built an intermediate service that lets me hotswap models with the flip of a switch. I can instantly switch ChatGPT for Claude, or Gpt3 for 4 or 4o. And that changes every automation im using instantly to the new model. Not something you need when you're just getting started, but once you have 40 plus automations or more and 100s or 1000s of GPT nodes in production its vital. Otherwise updating them all is overwhelming. Would you use a service like this?

@Stephen G. Pope Great idea, I'd love to use such system. This is something I'm struggling with when I want to try out a new model.
Are You Making This HUGE Mistake With Your Business?
It's a funny clip so watch it, but I see this all too often (and it's not all that funny to the person suffering). And I've done it myself, so you're not alone. Actually, after I sold my previous company I did this (or some form of it). I call itβ€”Imaginary business building. The website, the tagline, the chatbot. Oh, and don't forget the business cards.... But NO business. Everyone can see it but you. I have a client, a 40 person content team doing $100K/month and they JUST started to build their website. Yet people with no business, spend hours and hours and hours building things that no customer will ever see. And if they do, they won't really even understand what you do. Sell first, get customers first. Come up with an idea. Grab your phone, call a few people you know. Make some content. Have a Calendly link to book calls. Sell some stuff on those calls. That's all you need to be doing when you're starting out. P.S this is exactly what I'm going to be helping people with in my new community the No-code Rebels (with regard to automation and AI businesses)!

Validate your idea before building out anything real. It's a "fake it till you make it" kind of situation. I remember when I built my first startup, we had a coming soon landing page first, but no real product behind it. We started creating content on Instagram and directed our leads to our website to capture their emails. This went on for a few months and then on the day of our product launch, we had a huge amount of interest. People were so hyped because, in the months prior to that, we made them curious.

@Stephen G. Pope for me it's hard to focus on anything in the image, there is too much going on. The logo does not stand out enough from the background. I think the "less is more" rule could be applied here. The colors and the style made me think of the movie Matrix, not sure if that was your intent or not.
😞 It's Not Always Suppose To Feel Good
Yesterday I posted a potential icon for my new community. I thought it was pretty cool. The majority didn't. I have to admit it didn't feel good. And this post isnt really about the logo, I'll be fine πŸ™‚ its just to show you that you're not alone. And it reminded me of countless other videos and posts that I've made on social that made me feel the exact same way. I wanted to delete the poll to be honest. But I didn't. Because that wouldn't have be fair to the many people that took the time to vote and comment on the post. I learned a lot. I think that's the key. The comments were quite insightful. Thank you btw πŸ™ You have to understand that more than anything, social media, community, posting, etc... is first and foremost a place to learn, to gain insights. The profits only come after the insights and learnings. You can't get those insights if you don't post it, if you delete everything you post. It's not about winning every time time. Winning comes after losing. So just get those loses over with already so you can win.

I think people generally appreciate if someone is being honest. So thank you sharing your feelings and for being honest @Stephen G. Pope
4,000 Members Strong! Thank you!! πŸ™
Hey Guys! Thanks so much for being part of the group. It feels like a nice vibe is developing between everyone which is awesome to see! People are asking questions, getting help, supporting others, super cool! We've also brought on a new moderator @Rob Ruscher helping with video, he'll be making some posts and running a couple workshops soon. (btw I'm looking for more people that would like to contribute as a moderator and be an expert for the group. Best way to start is just to be present here and getting to know everyone) Community building is certainly never something I thought I could do. Frankly I never thought I'd ever get on video either. I thrive alone building things 😁 so this has been a fun learning experience me. Drop a comment below if you have any feedback for me or the community as a whole so we can keep the party going strong!!
