🧔🏻 Idk if i like this... 🤖
In this story, Rocky speaks with a friend about his appearance. His friend gives friendly observations. However, it's not a friend. Nor a human. It's the new chat GPT AI update. AND IT'S WILD! Something about it turns my stomach, 🤢 but at the same time, I find it absolutely amazing! 😎 Def makes me wonder, is it becoming more human, or is it "faking" human? What do YOU make of this?

8 hours on 1 thumbnail
I stayed up till 1am making the thumbnail for my about page.... 8 hours is a LOT of time to spend on a graphic...or is it? If thousands of people are going to be introduced to your business, and either buy your product or not, based on this graphic, 8 hours is nothing I made a version in 20+ different colors, with different graphics, fonts, placements, and pretty much every variable you can imagine (my canva project is a library of variations now) And then just redid it again today thanks to some feedback from @Jeffrey Buoncristiano (it probably would have taken Buon less than an hour) 👑 And this was just one of several graphics we're working on. How long did ya'll spend on your about page?

No. it would have taken me less than 30 seconds. jk actually i was saying, i think you're spot on. maybe not 8 hours, more like 1-2 but your flow and progression is very good and iterative. you won't spen 8 on the next one. more like 7. so on. I am really impressed how you persisted. most people give up, but now you see how it got better over the work. work work work. that's how you get good. DESIGN IS HARD!
@Patrice Moore thank that’s funny coz I have so much to learn still!!!
@everyone wanted!
I understand that posts within the community are meant to be conversational would it be possible for admin to have an @everyone notification option to help lead the group when everyone could benefit? @Clinical Director Jamie Bennett

I feel like this is something that would really confuse newbies to the platform. Like another tab or another hashtag or something that they'd have to learn when joining the platform. What is that? Why can't I do that? What does that mean? Why would we need that? etc.
Skool vs Circle - An honest comparision
I joined Skool when it was not even available to the public. Much before Skool games and all the buzz. (I literally met a girl in the cafe in Bali who discovered Skool through someone) I must admit. Skool is one of the best tools out there. Nothing comes close to it when it comes to building an online community. I spent the last few days testing Circle and Skool and created a crisp comparison: Skool vs Circle. I hope people will find it helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.

one thing not mentioned as a con for circle, is most people who try to use it (client side) feel lost, confused, or overwhelmed. Also, Circle doesn't have native discovery like skool does (that I know of, if it does, it's hidden, which again is another negative for circle)
@Himanshu Bisht haha i really don't like mighty. i prefer both circle and skool over mighty.
🦁 I dont celebrate mothers day.
I NEVER share this kinda stuff. Im usually quite private about these things. Even a lot of my close friends don't know. But Skools a different place, man. people here share knowledge a different way with a different kind of intimate. neither I have found anywhere else. like a fascinating cross between head and heart somehow existing digitally Anyways theres something for you to learn from this story. Ill try to make it quick: I spent most of my young adult life kindof derping around waiting for life to happen And the catalyst to the rest of my life was my moms death i was 19 & my little brother was 11 if death has happened close to you you can recognize the feeling and its fascinating how something so painful can inspire so much positive movement After she died within 6 month I: - broke up with my gf - bought my first motorcycle - stopped cutting my hair - stopped (really) attending classes - started my first company (of MANY) I dont celebrate mothers day anymore. But everytime i succeed somewhere, i thank my mom. My point is that in a beautifully bittersweet way The pain you may be experiencing right now is EXACTLY what you may need for what comes next And if youre NOT experiencing discomfort in your life Its possible, that that is why you are not moving forward. Weird right. Regardless, we all have something now that I didnt then. A platform like this to make yourself better with a little help from your friends. What are you here for?
