Seeking Advice on Activating Membership Engagement!
Hello everyone! I'm at a crossroads with my membership community on Skool, the Human Branding Society, and could really use your insights and experiences. I've recently transitioned from a free to a paid model, gradually increasing the membership fee after hitting our first 60 members milestone. Currently, we have five paying members (65 now) at $2/month, with plans to increase this rate. My community primarily consists of multi-passionate individuals and ADHD entrepreneurs focused on building strong personal brands by embracing their multitude and enhancing focus and consistency. Despite offering daily micro-tasks for clarity and focus, bi-daily resource updates, and personalized welcome messages, active engagement remains low. Many members, especially those who joined for free, have yet to log back in, while a small core group participates more actively. ππ½ How have you successfully activated a largely inactive community? ππ½ Is there a critical member threshold that typically sparks increased activity? ππ½ Any strategies or tools particularly effective in fostering community engagement and accountability? Your feedback would be invaluable as I strive to create a thriving, active community that supports each member's growth. Thank you for sharing your experiences and advice!
