Everytime you open your mouth to say something it MUST grab attention! Reframe your mind to think this way so it’s automatic!
What’s the best way to capture attention? Say something that makes people stop & listen. Don’t be like everyone else, it’s burning!
BE SPICY If you’re getting hate it means you’re doing something right!
Too many people focus on the wrong things….

Best way to practice is to grab your phone, press record & TALK! Do it over and over and over and over again!
Forget about the gear for now starting practicing hooks to grab attention!
