🗼 Situation 2: Landmark Navigation | Post Your Practice Below!
We’ve just unlocked Situation 2 in the Classroom! Today is all about moving away from confusing street names and using Landmarks to guide the way.
The Challenge:
Choose one of the three scenarios from your workbook. Using the 4-Step Flow (Opening, Describing, Proposing a Solution, Closing), write out how you would guide someone using a visual cue like a bridge, a store, or a famous church.
Example Format to Follow:
  • Scenario: Scenario 1 (The Dragon Bridge)
  • My Response: "Hi! Are you trying to find the Dragon Bridge? You can actually see those tall pillars right from here! Just walk toward them and the entrance will be on your left. Does that help you visualize where to go? Enjoy the view!"
Why post here?
  1. Expert Feedback: I’ll review your "visual descriptions" to make sure they are as clear and "Zippy" as possible.
  2. Learn from Peers: See how other students describe landmarks in their own cities!
