Accountability on having poor mental focus and disciplin
It's not fun making this video.....But I need to be open and honest when I make mistakes!
The best thing you can do for yourself is to be honest and take away the correct lesson from your shortcomings. For me, the main lesson is that I need consistent, high-quality sleep each day before trading, so that I am sharp and ready to win.
This was not me this morning, and that lack of focus spilled over into the Money and Risk Management plans... a double fail!
If you miss your shot, take the loss! Live to trade another day!
