111:During my practice, I perceived Hunyuan Qi as a viscous, shimmering, and evenly pervasive energy. Is this correct?
Dr.Pang said:
That is incorrect. Hunyuan Qi is formless and without tangible attributes. What you perceive is merely a construct shaped by your own consciousness. First, observe whether you can truly sense the energy channels within your body. If you cannot, it indicates that your perceptual ability is not yet refined.
Do not cling to or analyze the various sensations that arise during practice—let them go.
The path of Qigong requires gradually relinquishing all acquired experiences to advance to higher levels. If one fails to do this, progress will remain stagnant.
