Welcome, beloved one.
Whether you’re reading this on the day you join or in the quiet of a late night scroll, take a breath right here.
This is not a course.
This is not a container.
This is not something to “get through.”
Zero Point is a space you return to.
A frequency you remember.
A practice that becomes part of your living body.
You don’t have to be perfect to be here.
You don’t have to catch up or do it all.
You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
Your only job is to show up gently, again and again.
🌿 Here’s what to do this week (or whenever you land):
1. Listen to your nervous system.
2. Open one thing that draws you — maybe a bodywork session, a meditation, or a replay. Let it meet you where you are.
3. Write a sentence in the comments: “Right now, I am learning how to…” Let this be your first thread in the web.
Set a rhythm that feels loving.
One moment of practice is more powerful than a week of overthinking.
Give yourself permission to go slow.

This is not about achieving more.
It’s about returning to what is already whole in you.
