We would like to provide you with an important update regarding our CopyTrading operations. As part of our commitment to transparency and excellence, we have decided to permanently suspend CopyTrading activities on the Just Markets (JM) Broker Platform due to ongoing Operational Challenges experienced by some members while trading with the broker.

Over the past two months, a number of traders encountered issues such as:

Delays and errors in capturing live trades while copying trades.
Difficulties processing deposits and withdrawals with the JM team being useless at solving clients difficulties.

These matters were continuously communicated with the Just Markets SA Management team and while many members received delayed assistance, our Zenith Management Team personally intervened to help resolve over 80% of all reported cases, particularly for clients registered under our official IB link.

However, some clients who registered through other referral links may still be facing unresolved cases. If you are one of them, kindly contact Zenith Admin here inside Skool. We will forward you the Direct Cell Contact of the Just Markets South Africa Managing Director, who has confirmed she will fast-track all pending client issues until resolved.

Please note that not everyone was affected, but as a responsible trading community, we have chosen to act with caution to protect our members’ funds and ensure operational integrity.

We are officially closing JM CopyTrading Accounts tonight with immediate effect and all the capital you have left in your trading account should be returned to your Trading Wallets and if you wish to pause and move your funds to your wallets you can do so now via your JM Green CopyTrading App so that your funds are returned timely to your trading wallets and then withdraw them back to your Bank Accounts using the same cards you used when you were funding.

🔁 WHAT’S NEXT

We are excited to announce that a new CopyTrading Broker has been finalized and will be officially announced this Friday.

✅ CopyTrading resumes Monday, with our trading bot set to operate through December and beyond January 2026 under improved systems and stricter oversight.

Anyone who wishes to no longer proceed with our CopyTrading service then do note that after you have withdrawn your funds then you do not need to register on the new broker and proceed taking any of our services.

CopyTrading is a Free Service inside Zenith Forex, you do not pay for it but only fund your trading account to risk with your capital and then only when we make profits as a community then we all win & charge you a 30% fee on the profits made - if there are no profits then we all lose and don't benefit anything. I just needed to set clarity on this as I wouldn’t know what mentors may have told you when getting you inside our Community and we need to strictly inform members to avoid misinformation.

We have a lot of lined-up FREE Trainings inside Zenith Forex for all Community Members so that everyone can understand what Forex Trading is and how we can use it to make money consistently using Automated Tools or even through trading manually because if anyone can Master this trading skill then you have mastered the most important skill of making money in humanity.
