A dedicated support team is available within the Skool platform to assist you and your clients. For prompt assistance, please ensure that you make use of the appropriate Skool channels.
- Installation BookingsAll installation bookings must be submitted through the Zenith Skool Inbox. Installations may not be arranged via WhatsApp under any circumstances.If you had a previously scheduled installation that was missed, it is your sole responsibility to contact the Zenith Skool Admin via inbox to request a new installation slot.
- Installation PrerequisitesBefore you or your clients request an installation, please ensure that all the following requirements have been fully completed: A trading account has been successfully created The account is funded with at least the minimum required capital for the specific robot The MT4 platform is installed on your laptop and you are successfully logged in AnyDesk software is installed and ready for use.
- UMnotho Robot InstallationsClients using the UMnotho Robot may also proceed with installation bookings. The team will schedule and complete the installation, provided that all prerequisite steps outlined above have been fully met.
