Building a new Sales Pipeline
Fancy title, but a big moment for my business! I’m trying to get a little more automated now that I have at least some success on finding what kinds of outreach gets responses from my client. My stack after some research and brainstorming is currently using Sales Navigator (also testing Apollo) for filtered lists, Clay for enrichment and verification, and Instantly for sending the email. Will probably be hand picking the sales navigator messages to try and get as much as I can there. I think the next step is also figuring out what to post on LinkedIn lol. Trying to keep things simple and slowly advance over time due to my tendency to overthink and learn too much about a specific tool or business method. Lastly wanted to welcome @Robbye Venice to the group! Please do make a post with a quick introduction about yourself, what your goal is related to staying accountable, and what your current plan is on getting there.

Presented Audit + Analysis to first client today!
Took the week off for Thanksgiving, very needed reset and now we are back! Scheduled a meeting today with my first client and the meeting was a great success. Lots of excitement from the client with plenty of positive feedback. Today was a good day. Going into hyper drive over the next few weeks: - Maxing out on outreach before the end of year hits - Creating a few lead magnets so that I have great resources to share to potential clients who are interested - Focusing on getting a few sales locked in before the year is out The Christmas tree is up, the year is almost over. Make each day count.

Traction + Stress + Pressure
Hey everyone, had to take a couple days of hyper focus to catch up on some work and totally lost track of the days but I am back on schedule now. Had some emergencies at my day job combined with getting my first couple of sales with my project! Lots of opportunities lead to lots of stress and pressure to provide an amazing service while not being happy with work. Not a lot of people talk about the day job + side project stress but its so hard to get excited for both at the same time. Sometime great happens with my project, I feel a huge demotivation for day job. Then I play catchup and feel guilty for not keeping the momentum of my project. Its a stressful cycle that I did not expect to impact me so hard. Anyway I know @David Eastep made a huge breakthrough about which project to focus on. If you have the time, please share in a post what your new focus is and your current goal (Input focused please). Hope everyone is ready for the holiday week, I know I am.

Some exciting updates
Outreach plan has started working! I have started testing with 10 cold outreach + 10 follow ups per day and I am getting about 10% positive response rate from my efforts 🎉 Call scheduled for later today, 1 for Monday, and another getting scheduled now. Not a lot of updates from the last few days because I have been focusing on the boring work of outreach each day as a test. Now that I have a week of testing complete with this method, I will be increasing the number of outreach messages each day. Hope everyone is having a great week!

Great call today + Got a good outreach session in
First mentorship call was lots of fun and I hope you got a lot out of it as well @David Eastep Was able to get a long workout session right after which was great. After dinner and hanging out with the family, was able to get 2 hours of outreach done before bed ✅ Very productive day, hope to squeeze in some more outreach tomorrow but main focus will be to rest.
