Hi, I’m Mindy — mom to an amazing 18-year-old who has lived with Tourette Syndrome most of his life.
For years, we struggled without answers. Despite showing signs from a very young age, he didn’t receive his diagnosis until he was 17. That means years of confusion, frustration, and feeling completely alone — not knowing what was wrong or where to turn.
This road has been long, emotional, and often very lonely. But the last couple of years something shifted in me. I made it my mission to educate others, raise awareness, and make sure no parent has to navigate Tourette’s in the dark the way I did.
That’s why I created this community — because every parent raising a child with Tourette’s deserves answers, support, and people who truly understand.
