I just want a site I can log into and make cool things without restrictive filters

I want to use my own computer (so long as I don't have to upgrade it)

I'm prepared to spend some $500 or so to make sure my computer can do this

I have some serious hardware and I want to make it work for me

I run a creative agency and I plan to set this up for my employees to use
