I'm Patrick. I bought my first 2 acres in 2017 and built on them. Since then: 550 acres, 34 deals, all of it bought before it hit Zillow. I still buy land around Cincinnati, some to keep, some to farm, some to split into homesteads for families like the ones in this group.
