Darkness into Light
No matter how dark it seems, how twisted or strange: Don't forget to invite the Light in.
Into the body, into your life.
As a constant prayer, invite the Light in and hand it over, whatever it is that is bothering you. Just Let Go and surrender into Source, the Light of Source.
Let your Breath guide you into this mantra, inviting the Light in and trusting that everything will unfold in the most miraculous way.
I invite the Light of God
Into my life
Into my Body
Into my Soul
I surrender into the Light of God
So it can guide me
Show me
Flow through me
And Wow me, every single minute of every day

I surrender into Flow
Breathing in the Light of God
Breathing out the Light of God
Trusting Miracles will unfold if I open up to them by letting go of control.
