Young Men Built to Dominate is a faith-based coaching and mentorship community led by De’Onte “BigSir” Garrett. BigSir is a loving husband and father, a speaker, an author, and a nonprofit executive director with over a decade of experience working with at-risk youth and families. Growing up with the weight of fatherlessness and poverty, BigSir understands how much young men need identity, guidance, presence, and strong, godly voices in their lives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bible and Family Ministry and is currently a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
This space exists to help young men who feel like they are drifting, stuck, angry, unmotivated, or disconnected from who God created them to be. Here, young men are not labeled as problems. They are called up. Through identity work, discipline challenges, group coaching, 1-on-1 mentorship, parent support, and biblical encouragement, we help young men build purpose, responsibility, confidence, and godly dominion.
