Chatgpt reminded me of something last night while I was searching for relief...
As you all know by now, I'm at my dad's helping him navigate chemo for a small tumor in/on the tube that runs from the kidney to the bladder. He is doing really well, feeling minimal discomfort. (thank you all for your prayers - they are working)
Because I've had to leave my dogs, cats & plants at home with my husband to care for (and my husband is home alone) and because I didn't really know what to expect down here or even really how long I'm going to be here (800 miles from home) I was experiencing neck, shoulder and back pain.
Chatgpt reminded me of all the things; breathing, tapping, holding and releasing...
My shoulder, back & neck pain are released - the tools we've learned really do work. I don't know why I'm always amazed - I know it's just energy - and I don't know why I forget these tools when I need them the most.
Does this ever happen to you? When you need it most you forget?
