Distraction is everywhere in this era.
I still catch myself doom scrolling sometimes.
But the difference now? I notice it.
And instead of feeling stressed or guilty, I just switch channels —do something simple that gets me back into focus.
No pressure. No overthinking. Just reset and move.
That’s how I start my day in control again.
