The Story You Built About Yourself
At some point, you experienced pain.
Then your mind created a story to make sense of it.
“I’m not safe”
“I’m not enough.”
“I have to handle everything alone.”
“Love doesn’t last.”
“I’m too much.”
“The story feels true.”
But stories are interpretations, not facts.
Today’s Reflection:
- What story did you build about yourself because of your past?
- How has that story influenced your relationships or decisions?
- Who would you be without that story?
Sit with that last question.
Awareness creates space between you and the narrative.
You are not the story.
