What do I do? I need suggestions!

I have my Skool community not fully set up but I have four asking to be let in. What do I tell them because I am sure they are expecting content but I don’t have any yet. What did you say to those who were interested when you first started setting up but not finished with the content? Did you tell them the community is still under construction? Should I let them in as I build content? Any suggestions would be of great help!
