increasing engagement between peers challenge
Real talk: most of the engagement in here still lands on my posts, and that is not the goal.
I want this place to feel like YMCA vibes where you might come for me but you stay for each other.
So I am testing a new ritual: Win Wednesday. Every Wednesday we shout out member wins and go show love on each other’s posts.
Thoughts? Drop any ideas you have to boost peer to peer vibes so this becomes our community, not just my stage.
