Lesson 3
This is a quick start example of the required morning practice. A 15 minute meditation that follows your daily prayer, and proverbs practice.
This core morning practice only uses the first 4-5 steps of Lesson 2. So. make sure that you know and can practice steps 1-4 in Lesson 2.
(I didn't realize this account will only accept youtube uploads, not Rumble, so I'll have that fixed soon; and this will be put in the lesson section soon, too. As i get more comfortable in what Yah is doing in my private life, more content will come until it is daily.)
