I want to work on aligning with more Money/Time Freedom - but I notice what I REACT to automatically is in Relationships. I am the caregiver for my mentally disabled daughter - we have communication problems. She doesn't speak many words, only uses a few signs and the with picture sheet - she only wants to point to food. So, she reverts to making load noises or says mommy constantly. I recently started just ignoring her & not yelling back at her to stop. So, I am trying to notice when I start to get angry and not REACT to her bad behaviors.
