Filming Walk & Talk Content Question (Content Creation Module)

I have a question on filming this type of content please

I struggle with knowing how to keep the camera steady and at the correct height while looking at the camera without also tripping over haha. I know these types of content are really good when they are authentic but I also know they can be quite distracting to watch if the cameras all going over the place, or at an awkward height. For those of you who are producing quality walk and talk content, can I ask what your set up is? is there a way to hold the camera at correct height, Are you using a gimble or do you have someone else actually filming you? Thanks:)
