Anyone else vibrate when you do breathwork...

Good vibrations and visualizations! When he said remove anything that doesn't serve you I saw myself in the spirit shaking cords off my wings and pulling rings off my ring finger. I've been doing alot of cord cutting soul retrieval and contract releasing from all timelines to embody my wholeness! The golden light zortex I felt warmth and tingles I literally saw visualizations like I have not been able to tap into this level before! I felt the upgrade feeling beyond grateful for this new morning routine! 🙏👑💎💓
