At some level we are all leaders, but what is here mostly needed is the ability to fallow.
Who have a stong call to service to the whole, who has a stong sens of win win mentality, also is abel to make quick strong decisions.
Abel to remain calm and containd, in own energy, abilitys to prioriteise.
