So I always challenge myself, Mind over Matter, fellow human!
I stopped eating monday evening at 20.30.
Today I will go to the gym and do a light workout, then go to bed. This will add up antother 10 hours. So that will be 82 hours at least without food. Feeling good, mentally no fog, a lot of energy and stronger then ever!
I only drink filtered water with celtic seasalt, black coffee and sometimes tea, thats it
