Start here to diagnose and fix revenue blocking manual work
You're here because you're tired of doing manual work that is blocking your revenue. When you joined, you told us about what you wanted to fix. Your first Digital Employee could be live in as little as an hour or a few days. All three? Less than a week. But I get it, you're busy. So here's what I challenge you to do: 60 days to build 3 Digital Employees that save you a minimum of $5K a month. That's the outcome I want you to be able to say you did 2 months from now. Not busywork. Not theory. Three systems are doing work you're currently paying for, freeing you up for what actually moves the needle. Here's your build plan: Week 1 (Task): Identify your three biggest revenue-blocking manual tasks. The ones that keep you from selling, from closing deals, from scaling. We're not automating busy work; we're automating the work that's costing you real money. Weeks 2-3 (Hypothesis): For each blocker, you'll map the workflow and do the math. What would it cost to hire someone to do this? What revenue would you unlock if it were gone? This isn't motivational—it's ROI math that proves which Digital Employees are worth building first. Weeks 4-6 (Invest): You build and deploy all three. Once every 7-9 days. This is the work part, but it's structured. You'll use templates, pre-built prompts, and Claude to do the heavy lifting. By day 39, you have two live Digital Employees working for you. By day 42, you have three. Weeks 7-8 (Network & Knowledge): You measure what actually happened vs. what you projected. You document what works. You plan the next three. You can view a detailed breakdown of the 60-day plan in this post. What You Get All Members: Digital Employee Builder framework + Claude Skill Template to create your Digital Employees from scratch. Pro Members: Full resource library with pre-built Digital Employee Templates and Skills files. We've likely already built the Digital Employee you're trying to create, configure it, and deploy it.

Use this prompt to find your best customer
Copy and past this into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Hey everyone! 👋 One of the biggest mistakes we make in sales and marketing is trying to target everyone. When you target everyone, you speak to no one. This week, let's get laser-focused! We're running a simple 6-step exercise to clearly define your best customer so you can spend your time on the highest-quality leads. Best Customer Prompt. Objective: Act as a growth expert and define my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by answering the following 6 questions, then summarize the results in the final format provided. Questions: 1. Target Industries: Which specific industries are the best fit for your product or service? 2. Current Customers: Which regions and industries have you successfully sold to before? 3. Focus Region: What specific geographic region will you focus on (e.g., DMV area, 20-mile radius of Bethesda, MD)? 4. Company Characteristics: What is the ideal size and structure of the companies you're targeting (e.g., employee count, multi-location, hybrid workforce)? 5. Decision Maker: What job titles or roles make the purchasing decisions in your target companies? 6. Outreach Goal: What is your primary objective for your outreach (e.g., securing a 30-minute discovery call)? Final Output Format: - Industries: [Answer from Q1] - Regions: [Answer from Q2] - Focus Region: [Answer from Q3] - Company Size/Structure: [Answer from Q4] - Decision-Makers: [Answer from Q5] - Outreach Goal: [Answer from Q6] When you answer these questions, ask yourself: who has paid you the most, and who has bought the fastest? What did they buy from you, and why did they buy it? What do they have in common: details about the company profile data, amount spent, person data, how they discovered you, etc.? You can use sales data summaries to enhance the results.

Introduce yourself in #general—what brought you here? 2. Check the #resources pinned guides and templates relevant to your role 3. Join the next THINK Build Session (or watch a replay until the next one happens) 4. Post your first question or challenge in the #Q&A—that's where we help you diagnose a problem and work with you to address it
