This branch of Wing Chun is known as Yuen Kay San/Sum Nung Wing Chun - teachings passed down from the Aumei Temple. Both Yuen Kay San and his only disciple Sum Nung have been documented by the Hall of Records in China as the top Wing Chun masters of their era. This system follows the Daoist method. Unlike the majority of other branches, which follows the Shaolin concept.
