It’s funny how so many people get hooked on a number, like 35, and start feeling scared about getting older. But getting older isn’t what we should fear. The real fear is looking back 5 years from now and realizing we haven’t grown, haven’t accomplished anything, and are still stuck in the same place. That thought? That’s what truly terrifies me. When I look back 5 years, it was 2020. I was a single mom navigating through a pandemic, working my coaching business, saving every penny, and tackling goals with all the grit I had. It wasn’t easy, but I kept pushing forward. Now here I am, 5 years later: 💖 I’m with the love of my life. 👶 I had my beautiful daughter. 🏡 We live in an incredible neighbourhood surrounded by kind, supportive neighbours. 🌸 I’m making amazing new friends. 🚀 I’ve stepped into an exciting new chapter with my business. So much has changed because I made the decision to keep growing, keep dreaming, and keep working toward the life I wanted. And here’s the lesson I’ve learned along the way… Growth doesn’t happen by accident, it happens by choice. Today, I treated myself to a massage and Reiki session. Yes, I know it might sound a little “woo woo” to some, but for me, it’s something I absolutely love. These sessions keep me grounded and connected to my spiritual side, and honestly, they help me reset. I try to do this every couple of months, and today’s session left me with a message that really hit home. During the session, I was told by my guides that I can sometimes be too logical, too in my head and that I need to clear space in both my mind and heart. They encouraged me to start making decisions from my heart and to let myself feel what excites me, what makes me happy, and what lights a fire in my soul. And it got me thinking… How often do we, as women, ignore what feels right or what we want because we’re stuck in our heads? How often do we choose what we need to do over what we desire? I totally get it because I’ve been the same way. I’ve thought things like: 🔸 “This is what I want to do, but this other thing will make more money.” 🔸 “I should do this because it’s practical and logical.” 🔸 “I can’t follow my heart right now, it’s not the responsible choice.” But here’s what I’ve learned, especially in the past 6 months, when I align with my heart, my business thrives in ways I can’t even explain. Following what feels right even if it doesn’t seem logical has brought me more success, more joy, and more fulfillment than I ever thought possible. So now, I want to ask you some questions: 🌟 What excites you?
