Day 1: Dopamine Rebuild Smoothie
Supports: Motivation, mood, cravings, brain repair
Ingredients
  • 1 banana 🍌
  • 1 cup blueberries🫐
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice (optional) 🧊
