I know so many of you have incredible ideas sitting in your head, waiting until you "feel ready." Here's the truth — readiness is built through doing, not waiting.
This week, I challenge you to take one messy, imperfect action. Post the intro that isn't perfectly worded. Submit the thing that's 80% done. Ask the question you're nervous about.
