Introduction: Michelle here! From Federal IT to AI Innovation

Hi ladies! I’m Latrice Michelle, joining you from the intersection of long-term experience and new-frontier curiosity.

After two decades in Federal IT Program Management and modernization, I’m currently pivoting into the AI sector as a Technical Founder of Orivia Labs. I’m deep in the trenches of developing Narrative Intelligence and Cognitive Infrastructure tools—think NLP for IT ticket management and ESG data center monitoring.

AI Focus: I’m currently focused on Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems. I’m also a Certified AI Transformation Leader (CAITL™), so I love discussing how we can bridge the gap between legacy systems and future-proof AI. My AI Obsession: Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.

Outside of tech, I’m a big fan of spy thrillers and Shape Novel technology so if you want to talk AI or my hobbies, my DMs are open!
