Making and maintaining communities is one of the main challenges of our time. It is also the greatest strength of our species. Undertake this challenge like your life depends on it because it does. Your communities drive your future, fitness, finances and your family. The Folsoms have a community dinner once a week and have built some of our best friendships and alliances by breaking bread with cool people. @Tanya Folsom and I also make it a point to not have headphones in at the gym to really connect with folks there who are inherently aligned to a fitness and ambitious lifestyle and have met so many good friends there. Shout out to Tanya for her great women's community work with Ravenwolf. I am usually participating in a men's community as well. Let's keep building this community of leaders!
