Holiday Fitness Challenge call is happening in 3 days
Pack Hunt Fitness Challenge!
Happy Friday, Tribe! It's easy to coast through the holidays and that's ok...but if you're like us and wanting to keep the momentum going into and EPIC 2026 join us for this challenge! Doing things together activates honor and enables us to do things we can't as a lone wolf. Honor is stronger than motivation and discipline. We've also created a little structure which is also a powerful tool to keep projects moving. This challenge has 5 super simple requirements (that we should be doing every day anyway but sometimes don't). 1. 30 minutes of intentional movement every day. 2. Keep your protein up ( @Tanya Folsom gonna cover this on our kickoff call this Sunday) 3. Half a gallon of water every day MINIMUM 4. One intentional self development activity; meditation, journal, ice bath... 5. Post here for accountability and celebration The Challenge Tracker is attached along the overview and we're gonna have a community kickoff call here on Skool this Sunday at 4pm PST. There's also gonna be celebration call at the end of the year when we vision your epic 2026 and there will be a winner for the most consecutive days who gets a Wolf Tribe VIP swag kit. You're welcome to invite your family and tribe of leaders to join us!

The Folsoms just got back from a visit with the clan up in Washington. Back in Cali and ready for a strong recommit and recalibration to finish 2025 strong. Hope you join us! Formal kickoff of the December Pack Hunt Challenge starts tomorrow. The challenge tracker is attached below. Its got a strong fitness component because that's the big fall off through the holidays. Each day of December we will be doing some form of exercise for 30 minutes and keeping our protein and water intake high. There is also a daily Leader Habit block to help us keep momentum so we start 2026 with a running start. That leader habit could be a new meditation or gratitude practice or anything else that will improve your life and the life of your family and work team. Mine is going to be consistent daily writing to finish this next book by end of year (with @Morgan Vicki Todd help). The last block on the challenge is to share some form of update on Skool for accountability. There will be a Wolf Tribe VIP swag package for the most consistent member of this challenge! New Prioritization Workshop Up In Classroom!
This is a battle-tested leadership, decision-making system that was used by general Eisenhower and Covey. It has come up a couple times with coaching clients the last couple weeks so I carved out some time to record it for our tribe here. You can find it in the classroom and love to get some feedback on what classes you are exploring and how you are implementing them! Also, stoked about the crew we are forming for our Holiday Fitness Challenge! Kickoff call tomorrow at 4pm PST on this app and everyone is invited. Info will be on pinned post here in community chat. Making and maintaining communities is one of the main challenges of our time. It is also the greatest strength of our species. Undertake this challenge like your life depends on it because it does. Your communities drive your future, fitness, finances and your family. The Folsoms have a community dinner once a week and have built some of our best friendships and alliances by breaking bread with cool people. @Tanya Folsom and I also make it a point to not have headphones in at the gym to really connect with folks there who are inherently aligned to a fitness and ambitious lifestyle and have met so many good friends there. Shout out to Tanya for her great women's community work with Ravenwolf. I am usually participating in a men's community as well. Let's keep building this community of leaders! Feel free to share what you are building in your life and, as always, what your goals are this week!
